SHIPPIN

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All of our items ship from Texas, USA. Orders being sent with expedited shipping options (ex: Next Day or Two Day shipping) that are placed by 12 noon Central Time, Monday thru Friday will ship the same day, subject to availability. Standard shipping is through USPS, FedEx & UPS and services available for most items are: Ground, 3 day select*, 2nd day air*, and Next Day Air*. To calculate shipping costs for desired service, add the items to your cart and enter your zip code to calculate freight costs. *Please note that deliveries by USPS, FedEx & UPS are made only Monday-Friday. When choosing your shipping method, do not calculate Saturday. For example, orders placed on Friday with Next Day Air as the shipping method will not arrive until the following Monday. 

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico orders, please contact us before checking out. We will help you complete the payment after confirming the shipping cost.

Same day pick up is a option but please allow 15-30 mins from confirmation of purchase order to come in and pick up your order.

We treat data as an asset that must be protected and use lots of tools (encryption, passwords, physical security, etc.)

Social Media Sites: To the extent you post information on our social media sites, we may collect such information.  We may also receive Personal Information about you through certain social media sites such as Facebook, Instagram, and etc.

By visiting, accessing, or using our site, www.SinnersTattooSupply.com, purchasing our products, or by providing information to us, you consent to our collection, use, storage, and sharing of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.  If you disagree with anything in this Privacy Policy, you should not visit, access, or use ours site or provide your information to us. If you are under 18 years of age, please do not use our site and do not send us any information about yourself.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

Customer is responsible for additional charges in case(s) of missed delivery, re-delivery and refused packages.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders cannot be canceled once submitted. Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, once the checkout process is completed our warehouse is immediately notified to pick and pack the order for shipment. The only exception to this is for products that are backordered. A backorder maybe be cancelled anytime prior to shipping.

RETURNS

REQUIREMENTS FOR A RETURN:

• All item(s) must be in new condition.

• All items must be returned with all original packaging & accessories

• All items must be received within 30 days of delivery date*

• No returns accepted on Tattoo Machines & sale items.

• There are no refunds on orders paid via COD. Store Credit will be provided for any product that may be damaged or lost in transit. Orders must be checked upon delivery and reported to shipping partner if there is visible damage to packaging.

 

Customers have (48) hours after receipt to evaluate machine for irregularities. If any irregularity is found, a replacement will be provided. After the initial (48) hour timeframe, any irregularity will be evaluated by the manufacturer under their warranty specifications.
